View Job Titles

This page shows a list of all existing Job Titles.

p(banner tip). You can filter using the top row that has the yellow background. Simply type text you want to search on, see filtering data for more help.

Tip

System Items / shared Job Titles
PSL have created a selected of standard Job Titles that are used in Job Descriptions so that they can be shared. These items cannot be edited or deleted. Only Job Titles that you add can be edited.

To add a new Job Title simply click the Add Button.
You are now transferred to the Edit Job Title in Add Mode.

To edit an existing Job Title, simply Choose the item you want to work with and Click the Edit Button.
You are now transferred to the Edit Job Title in Edit Mode.

Will delete the selected Job Title – This will not work if you have staff set to this job title

Note

It is NOT recommended to delete job titles or any data as it forms part of the information supplied to auditors.

Create a PDF report of Job Titles in the system.
