Staff Reports

The Staff Details report shows the full staff details for each staff member.

You can optionally filter by Job Title, staff member range and status.

Tip

Each staff member is on a new page so if you have lots of staff this can be a big report

The Staff Listing report shows a summary of staff and can be filtered to show only Active Staff.

Tip

This is useful for an out of hours contact sheet.

Click to view the report. The report is built as a PDF that you can download and save or view in the web browser. Depending on which web browser you use, you will see a prompt when the report is ready.

Click to export the report to Excel. The report is exported and downloaded to your web browser.

Click to clear any report filter settings.
