Policy Bulk Set Next Review Info

This screen allows a faster way to maintain the Next document content review info of multiple Policy items. To filter based on a range of Policies enter the filter info into the yellow filter row at the top of the grid see filtering data for more help.

This allows you to very quickly update a range of items. Once you have made a filtered selection, tick the rows you want and you can apply bulk updates using the bulk update panel.

Why have a document review date

This acts as a reminder to check that the Policy content is still valid. Most pharmacies would choose to spread the document reviews across the year such as doing 10-20 reviews a month rather than having a mad panic when they receive the audit notice.

Bulk Update Options

Here you can choose for example a new Next Review Date, the frequency and the staff member responsible for the review and the frequency. This way you can quickly filter and update all of the Policies records without very much typing.
