Every user has a profile that stores their personal preferences for GuildLink

Reminder Interval – Email reminders are sent to tell you when you are due to review an SOP and acknowledge that you understand it (unless your pharmacy does this part on paper). When you acknowledge an SOP the system stores an audit of of that action. After the defined interval you will get another reminder to review the SOP.

Default Grid Search – Every grid in GuildLink can be searched. You can store your preferred search method Contains or Begins With. When you start typing in the column header it will filter the data base don what you type so if you typed “Computer” in the SOP document name it will find all that Contain the word Computer or just SOPs where the document name starts with “Computer” depending on what you choose here. You can always change the search method on any grid later on, this is just the default.

Reset password request – if you want to reset your password you can choose the option either at login or here. GuildLink will send you a special link by email that expires after 24 hours. use this to set the new password.
