All content access is control by membership of roles. For example If your account is marked as Site Administrator then you will see more menu items than a standard user.

 

When you first enrol a site (pharmacy) you do not have any rights, after PSL have confirmed your subscription information you will be granted access. Typically the first user is the site admin and they add new members to the site using the Site Admin page.

 

By default, users cannot delete content and delete buttons are disabled. A site admin can add the delete right to users for each site they belong to.
