Sites
This is a list of site where you are set as a site admin. You can carry out various actions by choosing a site to work with.

When you click the edit button the edit form will open with two tabs
Show Outline
When enabled the system will show an outline field the child sections
SOPs - shows in Purpose and Procedure
Policy - shows in Aim and Intent
This allows you to add an outline ref such a 1.0 , 1.1 and this will be used to sort the child items in the grid and in reports.
By default this is disabled.
Site Logo
You can upload your company logo to GuildLink for use in reports. Before you start you will need a logo file.
Ideally this should measure 800x150 pixels so that is fits onto the report without scaling which can make the image look grainy or pixelated.
The image MUST be in jpg format.

There are two actions you can perform here

Make the selected user the admin for this site. There can only be one site admin and the site admin manages the site. Usually it is the first person to register the site but you may want to transfer the role.

Removes the selected user from this site. They may still belong to other sites. |
When a staff member leaves, be sure to remove that GuildLink user from your pharmacy so that they can no longer access your data.
Add Site
To add a new site to your subscription, choose Add Site, enter the Site Name and Address, Click Add A Site.
