If you only have one site (pharmacy) this is not for you.
If you have more than one site (pharmacy) then this option could be useful. You can create SOPs by adding them or by importing them from content shared by PSL. You can then edit those SOPs and save them. With this option you can copy them to another site (pharmacy).
Process
•Pharmacy A makes a new SOP
•You then log into pharmacy B, you will be able to use this option to copy any SOP that exists in Pharmacy A.
•Simply choose from the list of available pharmacies, and the SOPs for that pharmacy will be loaded into the grid below.
•Choose one or more and click copy selected to copy them to this pharmacy (B).
If you are establishing a new pharmacy and want to copy all the SOPs from an existing pharmacy you could also use the Copy All button to save some time.
Setup
For this option to be applicable you need to have two or more subscriptions. So if you own more than one pharmacy you would
•After you have at least one pharmacy subscription simply login to that site and goto Site Admin, choose Add a Site
•Enter the second / subsequent site details (you can have as many as you like and they will be charged to you as usual)
•PSL will activate your new site and you will receive an email notice
•Now login to the new site (pharmacy B)
•Choose Copy SOPs from another site
•Choose the original site (pharmacy A) - or any of the sites you have a subscription for
•As detailed above the SOPs for that site are shown
•Select one or more to copy them to this site
