Here you can import Appendices that have been shared.

Select one or more Appendices and click on Import. A copy of the appendix information and the attached document (.PDF, .doc, .xls, .jpg etc.) is copied for your site. Now you can download it where ever you access GuildLink. |

As these are not complex documents like SOPs the software does not filter items already imported. This is because new Appendices may be issued that replace an appendix but only the attached document is changed. As we are copying a physical file, the only way to handle this is to allow duplicate imports.
